About Café Vendôme (Atlanta)

Let me introduce you to Café Vendôme (Atlanta), a cozy café-style spot tucked away at 4969 Roswell Rd #155, Atlanta, GA 30342, that instantly feels like a little escape from the usual city rush. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere leans relaxed and inviting, the kind of place where conversations flow easily and time slows down just enough to enjoy what’s in front of you. I like how the café vibe balances casual comfort with a touch of European charm, making it equally suited for a laid-back coffee break or an easygoing meal. The menu keeps things approachable yet thoughtful, offering everything from rich coffee to comforting dishes that feel familiar without being boring. If you’re in the mood for a quick bite, small plates and prepared foods make it simple to grab something satisfying, while vegetarian options and organic dishes add a lighter, more mindful choice to the mix. What stands out is how flexible the experience can be, because whether you prefer to settle in and dine, pick up takeaway on a busy day, or enjoy outdoor seating when the weather cooperates, there’s an option that fits your plan. Late-night food also adds to the appeal, especially for those evenings when you want something warm and comforting without the formality of a full restaurant scene. Wine is available for those moments when coffee isn’t quite enough, yet the overall feel remains relaxed rather than upscale or stuffy. I also appreciate how service options like kerbside pickup, delivery, and no-contact delivery make it easy to enjoy the food on your own terms, especially when convenience matters. Overall, Café Vendôme (Atlanta) comes across as the kind of neighborhood café you can return to again and again, whether you’re stopping by for a quick coffee, sharing small plates with friends, or simply enjoying a calm moment in a welcoming space.

I had the pleasure of attending the soft opening of Café Vendôme’s newest location in Brookhaven, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Tucked beside Honeysuckle Gelato and Savvy Brookhaven on Dresden Drive, this charming little café is a fantastic addition to the neighborhood. I ordered a cappuccino and an almond croissant—both were absolutely outstanding. The croissant was buttery, flaky perfection, and the cappuccino (made with Intelligentsia Coffee, my personal favorite) was smooth and expertly prepared. The quality speaks for itself, and knowing that all of their pastries, breads, and food items are made in-house only adds to the appeal. The space itself is cozy and inviting, with just the right atmosphere for lingering over a book or catching up with a friend. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home, going out of their way to ensure the visit felt special. This is the kind of spot you’ll want to visit again and again. I can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu, especially the quiche and baguette sandwiches that caught my eye. Brookhaven, you’ve got a winner here!!

The panini sandwich and croissants here are absolutely delicious! Every visit, the quality of the food has been great, but the service could use improvement. Each time we’ve been, the food takes noticeably longer to arrive compared to other similar restaurants. During my last visit, they made a mistake on my order and added cheese to my panini, which I can’t eat. While I understand mistakes happen, it felt like I was a burden for asking for a replacement, and there was no apology, just a look like it was my fault. A bit of acknowledgment or an apology would have gone a long way in making the experience more positive. Still giving it a 4 because the food was delicious.

This café is great! The food and snacks they offer are always delicious. For a quick lunch or breakfast, I get the Croque madame or the almond croissant. If you have lactose intolerance and are interested in a drink, they offer milk alternatives. Furthermore, the owner is a wonderful person whom I've spoken with sometimes. They serve authentic espresso, which is much higher quality than most other cafés. My only nit-pick is the service. The employees are always kind, but they have forgotten to give me my order twice. I only got my order once I went up and asked what happened. The café can get very busy on weekends, even in the morning.

Stopped in for a pastry and coffee. The atmosphere is really calm, and upscale-relaxed. It was a nice place to chill for a little bit. The cafe is down the hill from the main road — this gives a bit of seclusion from the hubbub of the road. The Cafe au lait was good. The almond croissant was very good!!! It was buttery and soft. It was quite good. I wish I could have eaten more of their pastries. This looks like a place I wish were in my neighborhood.

Everything here is incredible. I love that its tucked away from the main road. The fruit tarts are absolutely perfect. The crust breaks with a fork, not softened because they've been sitting there too long having absorbed moisture from the filling. Vanilla bean specs visible in the filling. Fruit used always at peak ripeness. Macaroons that melt in your mouth and croissants that represent the epitome of buttery flakiness.
